Last month, Hog Roast Brockham had the privilege of catering for the christening of little Ava in Birmingham, and we’re thrilled to say it was a tremendous success. The event took place in a beautiful church hall venue, complete with decorations – and even a bouncy castle for the kids. Our team at Hog Roast Brockham worked closely with Ava’s parents to create a menu that suited the needs of the guests in attendance. We set up our hog roast station in the venue’s outdoor garden, where the aroma of the slow-roasting hog wafted through the air, as everyone mingled and enjoyed the sunshine.
The highlight of the day, was of course, our tender juicy pork which was served by our team of professional chefs here at Hog Roast Brockham. And not forgetting the variety of sides. From crisp, golden roast potatoes to fresh salads and peri-peri chips, there was something to please every palate. We also made sure to provide vegetarian options, so that there was something for everyone to tuck into. And not forgetting the little ones in attendance – we also offered a selection of kids meals including the likes of chicken nuggets and pizzas.
Ava’s parents thoughtfully chose a buffet spread for the christening, believing it to be the ideal option for the gathering. This allowed guests the freedom to explore a variety of dishes and help themselves to whatever caught their eye, creating a relaxed dining experience, where they could help themselves to seconds (or even thirds!)
