Lucy owns a company that supplies educational resources to schools across the country. Each summer, the business closes for two weeks to allow herself and every staff member to enjoy a well-deserved break to spend time with their family and friends. While this is something that the staff are very grateful for, it is never fun to think about returning to work. To make the first day back a little more enjoyable, Lucy has hired Hog Roast Penzance to provide a delicious lunch menu for the staff to enjoy. For the catering, we will be providing a luxury slow-roasted hog alongside a variety of side dishes, which is sure to create a hearty lunch.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Penzance team will arrive at the office in the morning to begin preparing our menu on-site. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection. Once ready, the pork will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, halloumi and vegetable skewers, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Our menu is sure to have plenty of dishes for the staff to enjoy, allowing everyone to create a hearty and filling lunch from our buffet station.
