Caroline booked us in for her 30th birthday party a while ago, asking for our pigs in buns menu, which is extremely popular. Having enjoyed our food in the past, Caroline was eager to host her own hog roast but decided on asking us to cater rather than cook herself on her special day. In addition to the hog roast rolls, she asked us to make up some fresh salads on the day, choosing our lovely Greek and Nicoise salads and a coleslaw dish.
Arriving at her home venue on the day of the party, Caroline showed us into the back garden where we set up our equipment and started to cook the hog. It took several hours of slow roasting until we had perfect, crispy skin, with lots of amazing crackling, and the meat itself was so soft and moist. Slicing into the meat was a real pleasure, and we happily filled lots of bread rolls with the pork and bits of crackling, as well as our own apple sauce and stuffing.
Caroline was so impressed with our service that she booked us in for a Christmas party and we were grateful to receive a multitude of positive feedback from her the guests on the day.
