A Hog Roast Mawgan Porth Birthday Feast For Both Carnivores And Veggies
When you think of Hog Roast Mawgan Porth, you may well think of one of our sumptuous traditional centrepiece hog roasts of course, where our experts cook the meat for hours on end until we produce soft and tender meat that melts in the mouth, and then serve either as tempting pigs in buns, together with our own recipe stuffing and apple sauce, or as part of a plated meal, with your choice of seasonal vegetables, potatoes and all the trimmings that you know and love. So it might surprise you to know that we can offer so much more if needed too…
From spit-roasted delights to one of our speciality standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast (where you choose three marinated slow-roasted meats and four hot or cold sides) or our Loaded Fries (fresh-cooked chips covered in gorgeous meat and slaw of your choice and plenty of melting cheese), we really do have something for all the carnivores you’re inviting to your next special occasion. However, it doesn’t stop there! We also have all kinds of supplemental dishes available, including various starters, sides and desserts, and we can even provide handmade canapés and refreshing drinks if need be.
But what if you’re inviting guests with any dietary requirements? With Hog Roast Mawgan Porth, it’s never an issue, as we want all of your guests to enjoy our tasty food, so let us know your needs in advance (whether it’s vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or something different) and our chefs will create tempting, suitable dishes to suit.
Hog Roast Mawgan Porth provided the catering for Gerry’s 50th birthday party yesterday, and when he booked, he told us he wanted our yummy pigs in buns to be the star attraction, but that he also needed to ensure that two vegetarian guests could eat too. Our lovely veggie skewers were just the ticket, full of soft halloumi and various vegetables grilled to perfection and then served with pitta and Tzatziki, while the majority of the guests chowed down on our version of hog roast rolls – soft bread rolls and wraps filled to the brim with hot, fresh meat, apple sauce and stuffing.
