Our Southern Slow Roast is all about choice and variety, as you get to select your favourite three meaty main courses and your favourite three side dishes too. Decide on your trio from barbecued pork butt, minted lamb, sticky pork ribs, beef brisket and spicy whole chickens, and then choose your trio of sides, such as homemade coleslaw, mac and cheese and sweet potato fries or a selection of seasonal vegetables, a Greek salad and corn cobettes. When it comes to our Loaded Fries instead, this filling one-course comes topped with meat, slaw, cheese and jalapenos for a bit of a zing, and you get to choose either pulled pork or beef brisket, and either a zesty slaw or a spicy one.
