Whether you’re a wedding planner working on behalf of the happy couple or you’re the happy couple themselves, our chefs can help you to create the perfect menu that will suit everyone invited, and that includes any guests who are on special diets, and we can even cook up a storm with alternative meats instead of our famous signature food if that’s what you prefer.

In terms of any kinds of parties and events, we’re proud of the tasty homemade fare and the top-notch service that we provide our customers and their guests and weddings are no exception. While we welcome you to design your very own menu by utilising our extensive Hog Roast Demelza ones, we also have various wedding menus of our own available, which could make your life easier, such as our Alfresco Wedding Menu, which features antipasti starters, a hog roast main with sides, and two desserts which can be served with your wedding cake. Our entry-level menu may be more your style, however, as it includes two mains from a selection (such as a hog roast and spit-roasted chickens, both with trimmings) and sides of either seasonal vegetables or three fresh salads and a potato option that you choose, and then we serve your wedding cake with berries, a summer fruit coulis and fresh English cream.

You could instead order one of our wedding menus that starts off with a canapés and drinks service to welcome your guests to the reception venue, or we also have formal menus and ones that feature an evening buffet in addition to your main meal.
