We designed them with our customers in mind, as with each one of these, there are certain elements that you can adapt in order to make it perfect for you, such as choosing which meat, potato option or slaw for us to serve.

Our Loaded Fries come topped with meat, slaw, melting cheese and jalapenos for a bit of a kick, and you get to choose the meat – from pulled pork or brisket of beef – and the slaw – either a zesty or a spicy one. They’re a great way to treat your guests to a one-course meal that won’t leave anyone hungry. You may prefer even more food, however, and our Traditional Barbecue may be just the ticket, as it comprises British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, ribs, chicken kebabs, salad and colelsaw, and you get to choose either chips or sweet potato fries too, so it could be the perfect feast.

For a meal with a difference, our Southern Slow Roast gives you three marinated meats – select from minted lamb, beef brisket, pork butt, Cajun chickens and ribs – and you also decide on your three sides, such as potato salad, mac and cheese and corn cobettes. Our Alfresco, on the other hand, includes antipasti starters, a hog roast main with sides and two puddings, and your decision-making is all about your preferred potato option – either roasted or buttered new potatoes – and both the puddings – like profiteroles and cheesecake.
