Ella is turning 20 in April and her parents recently contacted Hog Roast Carnkie to organise catering for her special day. She is wanting to enjoy a celebration with her friends and family at a local function room which will be decorated with a 90s theme. Guests will all be asked to dress as their favourite 90s celebrity and enjoy an evening of throwback music and delicious catering from our team! The catering menu needed to be ideal for 100 guests and required a selection of different dishes to ensure that there was something for everyone to enjoy. After looking through our options, Ella chose our Gourmet BBQ menu.

In preparation for this event, we planned to prepare a variety of main dishes, succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. This variety of main dishes is great for large events, especially when served with crunchy coleslaw, seasonal salad, and homemade chips. Our main menu is great for this occasion and is set to go down a treat with the 100 guests!

The Hog Roast Carnkie have also been asked to serve profiteroles and cheesecake for dessert, along with English cream and fresh berries. This is a great way to end the meal and is includes two delicious desserts for the guests to choose from. The Hog Roast Carnkie team can’t wait to cater for this party!
