We cater for lots of corporate events for clients up and down the country and these companies call upon us time and time again. It is the greatest compliment ever when people come back to us and book other events and this is now a regular occurrence and all our hard work and dedication over the years is clearly paying off. One of those companies called upon us a few weeks back and asked us to cater for them for a luncheon as they were having a big board meeting with the company directors and as always we were more than happy to help. We arrived early morning and began to set up as soon as we arrived we brought with us some brisket of beef and placed that onto cook immediately. As the beef cooked we set about making some salad bowls using lots of fresh crunchy salad vegetables and made an assortment of dressings to pour over the salads. The beef gave off the most delicious aroma meat cooked like it should be cooked so moist and tender.

We placed baskets of buns and wraps on the tables and then made some vegetable skewers we threaded cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and chunks of courgettes onto sticks and placed them onto roast we did the same with some corn and we were just about ready to serve as the guests arrived. The beef cut like butter and was full of juices it literally melts in the mouth and nothing comes close to our beef and we have our amazing Hog Roast St Erme machines to thank for that as they cook meat the way it should be cooked. We rallied around all the guests making sure they all had enough to eat. We go out of our way to make sure guests are happy at every event and we are always left great reviews saying this too. After everyone had eaten. We were thanked by the company director on behalf off all the other directors who all agreed the Hog Roast St Erme food was the best they had ever tasted.

As we left we were again asked if we could come again next month to cater for another event with Hog Roast St Erme and we said we’d be happy too.
